HRL 575 - AI Innovations in People Analytics

This course focuses on AI-driven analytics, including both predictive and generative AI. These analyses can be used to enhance decision-making in HR, including the discovery of trends, performance, and strategic insights allowing for innovative people management. Optional core course for students in the graduate HESAA program. Optional elective for students in the graduate BAAI program.
