SWK 333 - Social Work Research Methods


This course provides an overview of the history of social research with particular attention to ethical issues. The course reviews philosophical and methodological concepts specific to quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research. Students will develop knowledge, skills, and critical analysis of how research is conducted and information is disseminated including culturally-informed and anti-oppressive approaches.
