NSG 209 - Clinical Pharmacology This course examines various pharmaceutical agents administered in health care settings. Pharmaceutical, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic components of drug actions will be reviewed. Specific pharmaceutical agents, their actions, indications, side effects, interactions, contraindications, precautions, dosages, and methods of administration will be examined. Pertinent nursing assessments and care related to specific drugs will be explored. Course codes: AF. Only open to majors.
