ADOL 474 - Designing and Maintaining Positive Learning Environments

An examination of theoretical models relative to motivation and classroom management. Focuses on practical approaches for designing and maintaining positive learning environments in inclusive middle and high school classrooms. Course Codes: M. Prerequisites: EDIN*101, EDIN*102, EDIN*103, SPF*204, EDIN*205, EDIN*310, LST*301, ADOL*477, EDU*475, EDU*485. Corequisite: ADOL*441. Minimum grade of “C” or higher is required in all education courses. Open only to Inclusive Adolescence Education students. Summer A course.
