SMKT 520 - Consumer Behavior & Insights The course is designed to provide students with an advanced understanding of consumer behavior. Students will learn how to apply behavioral research and consumer insights to an active marketing and communications campaign. This course borrows heavily from the study of psychology, sociology, anthropology, and economics. Enrollment restricted to students in MS.SMKT program.
