HRL 575 - Predictive People Analytics This course focuses on Predictive Analytics, which predicts outcomes and future trends from analyzing existing data in order to discover new relationships. Predictive Analytics is of particular importance for human resources/people leadership because it helps decision-makers evaluate possible outcomes (e.g., turnover, retention, individual performance, training needs) based on other historical data. Optional core course for students in the graduate HESAA program.
