HRL 560 - Learning & Development Students will examine the role of training and development in achieving organizational objectives. Needs assessment, design, methods, techniques, and evaluation are some of the issues to be explored through the course. Adult learning and organizational development models will be incorporated as a means of improving employee performance. Optional core course for students in the graduate HESAA program.
