Theatre Arts - Minor

A minor in Theatre Arts is available to accompany other majors. A total of 20 credits beyond the basic 3-credit course are required.

THA 120 - PI Introduction to Theatre Arts Credits: 3
(prerequisite with 0-credit Lab)
THA 140 - Fundamentals of Acting Credits: 3
THA 150 - Technical Theatre I Credits: 3
(with 0-credit Lab)
THA 275 - PII History of the Theatre I Credits: 3
or
THA 276 - PII History of the Theatre II Credits: 3
THA 351 - Play Analysis Credits: 3

Additional Courses

two 300-400 level Tha electives
one movement course (0-credit) +
and two (2) Production Labs (1 credit each) in two different areas with one “preparation” (P) and one “run crew” experience.
