COMM 382 - The End Is Near: Crisis Narratives in Life and Literature


How organizations communicate with their publics during a crisis can have long-lasting and profound effects. If proper planning and execution are not utilized, stakeholders suffer. This course will cover the role communication plays in public relations and crisis management.
