RES 360 - Interfaith and Pluralism in America Theory and Practice


Globalization has changed the American religious landscape dramatically as millions of Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists and followers of other traditions and spiritual practices have immigrated. Today, churches, mosques, temples, synagogues and meditation centers are often located in close proximity to each other. This globalized American landscape requires college graduates with knowledge and skills in interfaith dialogue who understand and appreciate our cultural and religious pluralism. Course Codes: BR.
