MUX 499 - Senior Honors Composition Portfolio/ Recital

Hour Portfolio/Recital including performance on the major applied instrument. Audition required. Portfolio must include a piece for major ensemble, a major multi-movement chamber or solo piece, and a variety of other pieces showing proficiency in different styles and genres. The portfolio is mandatory, the recital can be fulfilled at composition and other recitals as appropriate and feasible. Prerequisite: MUX*294. Corequisite: MUP*1Q.
