				The B.S. in Finance will offer the student a well rounded education central to Nazareth’s mission and will enable the student to develop skills necessary for the pursuit of a meaningful career in finance. Further, the major will remain consistent with the Mission of the School of Management to prepare the students to become responsible leaders with the ability to contribute sustainable value for both business and society. The objective of the Finance program is to prepare students for a professional career in a variety of finance concentrations. Student Learning Outcomes 
	Students will integrate and utilize principles from the various business disciplines when applying a financial focus to organizational problems or opportunities.Students will demonstrate an understanding of how to procure, allocate and control financial resources required to meet organizational objectives.Students will demonstrate the ability to identify and assess external factors that impact financial performance.Students will be able to demonstrate the appropriate application of financial theory, analytical tools and modeling to aid them in making optimal financial decisions.  An overall minimum GPA of 2.5 in the Finance major is required for completion of a B.S. in Finance. |
