At Nazareth, students interested in education certification (teacher certification) are required to complete an academic major.
Adolescence programs (Grades 7-12) are available in the following areas: Biology, Chemistry, English, French, German, History, Italian, Mathematics, Spanish and Theater (with English certification). Adolescence Inclusive Certification is available with these majors.
Inclusive programs (Birth - Grade 6 and Grades 1-9) are available in: Biology, Chemistry, History, English, Mathematics, Languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish), American Studies, Anthropology, Economics, International Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Religious Studies, Social Science, Sociology, Theatre Arts.
Professional certification programs are available in Art, Communication Sciences and Disorders, and Music.
