Dance Minor Required Courses

Students in the Dance Minor take a total of 18 credits.

• 3 Production Labs (1 credit each: performance; lighting; other area)
• Participation as choreographer in one publicly-performed dance piece
• 6 semesters of Dance Technique/Dance Studio Class  Credits: 6

as well as the required courses:

• MTHA 130 - Dance & Culture Credits: 3
• MTHA 322 - Choreography Credits: 3
• MTHA 380 - Dance Improvisation: Theory and Practice Credits: 3
