Human Resources - Minor

This minor provides students with the opportunity to develop their understanding of how and why effective people practices and talent development are critical to organizational innovation and competitive advantage. Requires completion of 18 credit hours.

This minor is open to all students but is designed to complement School of Business and Leadership majors.  As such, many courses have prerequisites that all students, regardless of major, must complete.
