French - Minor

Requirements

Students who wish to minor in French are required to complete 18 credits of FRN coursework (subject code FRN), level 102 or higher. 

• Note - language labs count toward the 18 credit total

• Students may also select two courses (6 credits) from the following to count toward the French minor:

• LIT.Q 206 - Youth Exploring the World Through Literature and Film Credits: 3
• LIT 315 - Women in French Film (taught in English) Credits: 3
• LIT 318 - Bledi-Bledi: Ethnic Youth, Hip-Hop Culture and Contested Cultural Identities in Contemporary France Credits: 3
