DE&I and Interdisciplinary Interfaith Studies - Minor

The DE&I and Interfaith Studies minor will develop Nazareth students’ understanding, attitudes, and skills regarding contemporary issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and interfaith relations. Through this course of study, students will learn to identify and analyze areas of social injustice, challenge attitudes and systems of inequity, build meaningful and productive connections across lines of difference, and take action for positive social change. Students who complete this minor will be prepared to engage as global citizens, equipped to address social disparities involving race, class, sex, gender, sexuality, ability, and religion with sensitivity and humility.
