The pconomics Program is part of the School of Management. The program offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. Students have the option to double major in economics and inclusive childhood/middle childhood education to achieve teacher certification.

Completion of the economics major allows students to understand, evaluate, and analyze the economic issues and challenges of everyday life, as well as the economic systems in which we live.

Classes rooted in the liberal arts examine the causes and patterns of societal change within the framework of economics. The approach prepares students for graduate study in the fields of economics, business, law, and related disciplines, as well as for professional careers.
