The Human Resource Management Program is part of the School of Management. This program offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. This program focuses on both the scholarly and applied aspects of the profession.

The overall goal of the Human Resource Management major is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to gain access to entry-level human resource management positions in various profit and not-for-profit organizations.

According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, the employment of human resources, training and labor relations managers is projected to continue to grow. The increasing efforts throughout industry to recruit and retain quality employees will also create many jobs for employment, recruitment and placement specialists
