PAL 532 - Coaching and Critical Conversations

Students will examine the coaching and mentoring relationships from a variety of perspectives. These frameworks can be used for individual development, relationship-building, conflict-handling, leadership and directive feedback, and emotionally-charged conversations. Students will explore these techniques and concepts through a variety of applied learning activities. Elective course for students in MGT, HRM, HRD, or HESAA graduate degree programs.
