LOC 570 - Agile Leadership This course examines agile leadership as an individual, a team, and an organization, Agile leadership is a leadership style that strives to remove roadblocks to success so that employees can be more effective and productive. Since agile teams are more productive and innovative, agile leadership drives better business outcomes with less wasted time and resources. The course trains students on how to develop self-directed teams and how to become a servant leader, who supports teams and removes barriers. Enrollment restricted to students in MS.LOC program.
