LOC 550 - Non-Profit Consulting


This course examines consulting as it relates to helping non-profit organizations and the community. Consulting is gaining confidence with an inside or outside partner through research, organizational scanning, analysis, and recommendation. The course applies consultation with a local non-profit organization to solve a problem. The goal is to help the community while reinforcing consulting skills. Enrollment restricted to students in MS.LOC program. Prerequisites: LOC*530, LOC*540.
