EDU 593 - Harassment, Bullying, Cyberbullying, and Discrimination in Schools: Prevention and Intervention (DASA Training) As required under the NYS Dignity for All Students Act, all applicants for school certification are required to complete six clock hours of coursework or training in Harassment, Bullying, Cyberbullying, and Discrimination in Schools: Prevention and Intervention (DASA Training). Applicants who complete a registered program at Nazareth College will be provided the required training as part of their teacher education program. To successfully complete the course, the student must attend the synchronous workshop for three clock hours and then complete the three hour asynchronous online component of the course. The course is offered each semester and is to be completed before the professional semester begins.
