PAL 550 - Strategic Rewards Analytics The general structure of an organization and the rewards employees seek in exchange for the contribution they provide will be examined. Topics include: people and work; rewards and a motivating work environment; government and market influences; job content analysis; development pay structures; measure performance and pay for performance; employee benefits and administration of the compensation plan.
