SPN 224 - Cultural Perspectives of Latin America


(Global course) A survey course on geography, history, politics, current events, the arts, literature, culture and ways of life in Latin America; there is a focus on the complex relations between Latin America and the United States throughout history and during present times with special attention to the origin of migration trends from Latin America into the United States.
