BLDR 215 - Career Exploration and Development: From Insight to Impact and Innovation This course studies career planning, decision-making and development from the perspective of both the individual and the organization. Emphasis is given to: self-assessment as it relates to values and career path discovery; individual career choices throughout adult life; the integration of work and non-work roles; and career management in complex and changing organizations.
