AUT 660 - Exploring Autism From Multiple Perspectives This introductory course is the first in a series of courses on autism and will explore the contemporary conceptualization of autism from multiple perspectives, including the history, diagnosis, characteristics, and current research. Emphasis will be placed on examining the lived experiences of individuals with autism as they interact with the societal expectations of “normalcy”.
