HIS 523 - Native American History I This course is designed to introduce students to Native American History from the pre-Columbian period through the removal era. We will also examine major paradigms in Native American history during this era and students will develop an appreciation for the variety of methods used by scholars in the field. Readings of seminal works in the field and an independent research project and paper will be required.
Prerequisites & Notes Term offering cycle: Fall. Typical yearly cycle: odd years.
