HRM 596 - Advanced Seminar in Human Resources Management The Advanced Seminar in HRM presents the opportunity for students to demonstrate an integrated understanding of sound business principles, ethical standards, and best practices in human resources management. Students will complete an instructor-approved project that addresses a key performance area within their existing workplace or another organization as the focus for development of an idea or resolution of a business problem. Working in close consultation with the course instructor and project sponsor from the partnering organization, students will formulate and defend a plan of action for the identified opportunity or problem and prepare a formal presentation of the completed project. Prerequisite: Completion of 27 graduate credits.
