NSG 499 - Nursing Comprehensive

Students in this course complete a senior comprehensive examination during the final semester of the program. This is a requirement for degree completion. The senior comprehensive examination is designed to assess the degree to which students in the final semester retained information from course work completed in the nursing major and are able to apply that knowledge in clinical practice. The intent of the examination is to provide students an opportunity to demonstrate minimal competency in the subject matter of the discipline.
