PSC 308 - PII U.S. Constitutional History (Perspectives II course) This course examines the history and politics of the U.S. Constitution, constitutional interpretation, and the Supreme Court. Topics explored include freedom of expression, religious liberty, privacy, equal rights, criminal justice, government regulation, property rights, federalism, executive powers, and judicial review.
