THA 233 - Costume Construction

This is a beginning level of costume construction course. It will focus on various sewing techniques, including both machine sewing and hand sewing; and techniques and process of putting garments together. Students will acquire a basic knowledge of fabric and fiber technology, use and maintenance of shop tools and equipment, construction, wardrobe maintenance, and related terminology.
