PSY 358 - Positive Psychology


Positive Psychology is the study of the conditions and psychological processes that contribute to the optimal functioning of people, groups, and institutions; the goal is to identify and enhance conditions, strengths, and virtues that foster the “good life” and allow individuals and communities to thrive.
