BIO 422L - Biochemistry II/Molecular Biology Lab

This laboratory is an introduction to modern biochemical methods such as DNA isolation and analysis, electrophoresis, recombinant DNA technology, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

Course Codes: CR. Cross-listed with CHM 422L. Prereq: CHM 252. Recommended Prereq: BIO 103,CHM 361, CHM/BIO 421. Coreq: CHM/BIO 422. Required for Biochemistry majors only. Additional course fee required.
