HRM 595 - Strategic Human Resource Management

This capstone course provides a learning experience which reflects your progress in the program as well as providing you with the opportunity to integrate all you have learned so far; applying your knowledge and skills to a number of different cases and scenarios. The course will examine the ways in which strategic human resource management is currently viewed, how that view has changed/is changing, as well as exploring some of the relevant theoretical models and approaches. Analysis and reflection are key areas for development in this course.
