RES 322G - PII Religion and Ritual in Africa


(Perspectives II) A course on religion, worldview in Africa, the philosophies and practices of indigenous religions as well as the history and practices of Christianity and Islam in the continent. Other topics include magic and healing, sorcery and witchcraft, and rites of transition.
