Perspective II An exploration of the sacred text of Islam. Attention given to the historical, literary, social, philosophical and theological issues involved in the interpretation of sacred texts. Themes include: nature, anthropology, gender, prophecy, eschatology, theodicy, religion, society, and religious diversity.
