CHM 300 - Independent Research This course provides the opportunity for students to engage in independent research projects under the guidance of a faculty member. The independent research experience provides students with the opportunity to do real science while learning valuable skills in time management, perseverance, and dedication to a longer-term projects. In addition, students are expected to keep a complete and accurate account of their work, critically read and analyze journal articles, and present their results in oral and poster presentations. This course may be repeated for additional credit.
