PTR 726 - Cardiopulmonary Concepts in Wellness and Rehabilitation Settings


This course will focus on cardiopulmonary health throughout life span. The student will learn how to examine, evaluate and manage clients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Based on the application of exercise physiology, and the anatomy and physiology of the cardiopulmonary system, the student will learn how to develop interventions for cardiopulmonary health and wellness in a wide range of clients, including athletes, children, and clients with the most commonly diagnosed cardiopulmonary disorders. Open only to students in the Transitional DPT program.
