SIE 400 - Capstone in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship


This course develops leadership competencies of effective Changemakers. The course incorporates social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and design thinking as means to address global and local challenges. The course employs experiential learning such as community-based learning, project-based learning, and direct engagement with innovators and leaders. Course Codes: ABH. Prerequisites: SIE*101, ACT*209, BLDR*202, BLDR*212, BLDR*223, ECO.Q*102, ECO*103, and MKT*216. Restricted to junior and seniors in SIE major or minor, others by instructor permission (normally taken in the senior year).
