DAN 360 - Laban-Based Movement Analysis Movement analysis is both a historical discipline and a sought-after contemporary skill, with practitioners in dance and theatre using its tools. Movement analysis teaches students not to simply learn movement, but to understand how movement creates meaning, and how to manipulate that meaning for their own purposes via a set of principles that are accessible, sharable, and adaptable.
