MTH.Q 106 - Math and Fiber Art

How can mathematics be used to analyze fiber arts? How can the arts illustrate mathematical ideas? Students will learn weaving, crochet, and knitting, and use them to explore mathematical areas such as geometry, topology, combinatorics, and fractals.
