OTR 530 - Interprofessional Health and Wellness

Health and wellness promotion and prevention will be examined from an individual, local and global perspective. The students analyze community programs using a wellness lens and reflect on complementary health approaches and integrative health in occupational therapy practice. Students facilitate inter- or intra- professional wellness groups in the community requiring additional time outside of the course. Additional fee required. Prerequisite: Requires successful completion of all prior OT courses.
