CLS 302 - Diagnostic Microbiology This course will focus on mechanisms of bacterial pathogenesis and the host response, as well as the antibiotic therapies and their selection. Traditional culture, biochemical, and modern molecular scientific approaches to identify organisms will be covered. This course is specifically designed for students interested in medical laboratory work or in developing familiarity with identifying pathogenic organisms. Course codes: ABHR.
