SWK 383 - Social Work Practice/Practicum Experience I

Social Work Practice I is the first in a series of three social work practice courses. Explains the social work generalist practitioner model and facilitates student understanding of cultural humility, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based practice. Introduces the NASW Code of Ethics and provides students with engagement and assessment knowledge, theory, and skills within the micro level of practice.
