This program is designed for working professionals with two or more years of experience beyond their undergraduate degree.

Cohort Instructional Model

The program is a 24 month/six semester cohort program that begins each fall. Each three-credit hour course includes 30 hours of in-class instruction and 15 hours of online instruction. Each course includes two 15-hour weekends per semester. Only one weekend per month.

Students take all courses together following the same sequence throughout the program. The cohort model enables collaboration with other cohort members and reinforces leadership experiential learning within a team environment.
