SPN 343 - Intercultural Cyber Pals; Transnational Spanish Partnership Conversation for the Professions I, and II

This is an online-based course that pairs students at Nazareth College with students at Universidad de Concepción (Chile) to advance students’ conversation abilities in both Spanish and English. Each week students follow pre-designed Guidelines and meet for two hours (60 minutes in English and 60 minutes in Spanish). They discuss readings, music, poems, cartoons, movies, websites, as well as specific research assignments in both languages. They also submit a weekly report reflecting critically on their encounters. Course codes: BCGPR. Prereq: SPN*201 and SPN*202. Instructor approval required.
