SEM 201 - Managing Sports and Entertainment Organizations

This course provides an overview of managerial concepts across sports and entertainment organizations. Topics discussed include: event planning and operations, facility management, balancing multiple stakeholders, flexible staffing, event security and risk mitigation, and organizational structure.
