BAII 433 - AI Strategy and Process Improvement

Learn to uncover AI opportunities and strategize how to develop an AI plan to benefit an organization. Create a strategy that includes assessment of algorithms, setting realistic expectations, communicating expectations to leadership, and educating the impacts of the AI plan. Finally, focus on the development of a cost-benefit analysis of the AI project and prioritizing multiple projects. Course codes: AB.
