THA 283 - Sound Design

Introduction to the study of Audio and sound effects for the stage from concept through implementation of the design. Emphasis placed upon stage audio mechanics, design process, presentation and technical skills. Class will take an active part in acquisition of sound effects and recordings appropriate for the text of plays and implementation of all aspects of audio for both department shows to complete lab hours during the semester.
